Dr Fiona Dennehy
MB BCh BAO DCh DOWH MICGP
Fiona graduated from UCD in 1995. She came to the Cremore Clinic in 1999 after three years working in the west of Ireland.
She has been involved in post-graduate GP training for the North Dublin GP Scheme since 2013. Travel medicine was one of Fiona's first interests, and she maintains that with nurse Deirdre in providing travel advice and vaccinations.
Fiona lives locally, is immersed in her local community which includes Na Fianna GAA Club and Bohemian Football Club, where she has been the club doctor since 2014. She has a special interest also in the deaf community, and has level 3 in ISL. Tá suim mhór sa Ghaeilge aici.

Dr Iain Morrison
GP, Sexual Health, Men's Health
Iain, from Dublin, qualified from Trinity College in 1998. He always wanted to follow a career in General Practice, and finished his MICGP in 2002. He was delighted to join the Cremore Clinic in 2004, after working in New Zealand as a GP for a year, and in other Practices in Ireland. He became a partner in 2007.
He is very involved in chronic disease management, men's health and sexual health, as well as having a strong interest in sports medicine, and how exercise can be a form of medicine. He completed a masters in sports and exercise medicine in 2021 at UCC. The latter stems from his keen interest in athletics. He coaches middle- and long-distance athletes in Trinity College Dublin, as well as being very involved with his athletics club, Donore Harriers. He has a particular interest in health and sport performance in endurance athletes. He has worked in, and has a diploma in, diabetes care, and has a strong interest in chronic disease management. He is a proud member of the LGBTQI community, and strives to be inclusive of patients with diverse medical needs from this community. He enjoys teaching the next generation of doctors, is a GP tutor for students in Trinity College Dublin, and is a registered GP tutor with the UCD/midlands training programme in General Practice, and is the clinical supervisor to a GP in the final stages of their training.

Dr Kieran Lohan
MB BCh BAO MICGP
Kieran qualified from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2013, and worked for several years in Australia, gaining clinical experience as a medical registrar, before completing his General Practice training in the west of Ireland. He is fully trained in all aspects of aesthetic medicine, and works in this field. He is a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine, and has completed additional training with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
Dr Lohan has gained additional experience in dermatology, skin cancer medicine, minor surgery, sports medicine, and palliative medicine. He provides LGBT+ medical care, and keeps abreast of updates in this field. He aims to provide a PrEP service for those who seek it, locally and further afield.
When not working, Kieran enjoys sea swims & diving, and is an avid animal lover. He is very proud of his golden retriever, Molly, and is known to sneak her into the practice whenever he gets a chance.

Dr Caroline Treacy
MB BCh BAO LRCP&SI BSc MBA MICGP
Caroline graduated from RCSI in 2018, having previously undertaken a degree in science, an MBA, and having spent a number of years working as a software developer. She completed her GP training on the North Dublin City GP training scheme, and has spent time working in paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology, emergency medicine, medicine for the elderly, and psychiatry during her training. She joined the Cremore Clinic in 2024.
Caroline has a special interest in women’s health, and holds additional qualifications in contraception, including long acting contraceptive devices such as Mirena and Implanon insertion, and cervical smear taking. She also holds additional qualifications in dermatology, management of addiction and OST prescribing.
Caroline is from Dublin, and lives locally with her husband, 3 children and dog. She likes to travel, and has been learning Spanish in her spare time.

Isabelle Hermann
Practice Nurse
Isabelle is a qualified nurse, with over 25 years of experience in both France and Ireland across acute and chronic care settings, including emergency care, fire brigade, cardiology and diabetes management. She brings over two decades of diverse nursing experience, having worked in emergency units, cardiology (including cardiac rehabilitation), diabetes management, home care recovery, and chronic disease education & prevention. Her practice is centred on patient support, self-empowering and education, with a strong focus on lifestyle change and long-term health improvement.
She has a special interest in nutrition, weight management, and lifestyle medicine. She has pursued further education in these areas, to help patients prevent chronic disease, and live healthier lives.
Outside of nursing, she is passionate about cooking (with a French flair!), fitness, running, travel and gardening. She believes in living what she teaches, leading a balanced, healthy lifestyle, rooted in good food, movement and enjoyment.

Rachel
Practice Nurse
Rachel qualified as a general nurse in 2006 after completing a BSc in DCU and Connolly hospital. She worked in Connolly Hospital (stroke rehab and OPD) for 2 years, and as an agency nurse, in emergency and surgical settings. She nursed in New Zealand, returning in 2010 to pursue a midwifery diploma. Rachel completed midwifery training in UCD and Holles Street hospital in 2012, and returned to New Zealand to work as a midwife until 2019. There, she provided breastfeeding and antenatal education, completing a lactation education certificate. She also worked as a clinical placement mentor for nursing degree students. She returned to Ireland with her young family, and began working with Cremore Clinic in January 2021.
Rachel has since qualified as a nurse/midwife prescriber (2023). She has completed additional training in minor surgery and advanced health assessment. She is a registered smear taker, and is currently pursuing a candidate advanced nurse practitioner role, starting a research masters in September 2025.
Rachel has a special interest in Women's health (antenatal/postnatal/contraceptive/fertility/sexual health and menopause care) and infant nutrition/child development.

Aireen Miranda
Practice Nurse
Aireen studied nursing in Trinity College Dublin, and worked for a few years in both public and private sector hospitals, joining the practice in 2022. She has a particular interest in heart health, specialising in cardiology and cardiothoracics.
Aireen takes a holistic approach to nursing, recognising individual needs and wants, and focusing on improving quality of life at home.
An animal lover, Aireen also leads worship in her local church.

Breda Hession
RGN Practice Nurse
Breda trained in the Mater Hospital as a RGN, and worked in the ophthalmology ward for 2 years after Qualification. She moved to the coronary care unit, also in the Mater Hospital, and completed a post-registration certificate in coronary care nursing. She then completed a diploma in management and industrial relations with the National College of Ireland, and a bachelor of nursing studies degree (honours) in DCU, while working as a clinical nurse manager in cardiology in the Mater Hospital.
She left the Mater Hospital after 20 years, to work in the Bons Secours Hospital's cardiology ward, and then to manage a warfarin clinic. At this time she also completed an anti-coagulation management in primary care course with the University of Birmingham (masters level). She has been working in General Practice since 2017, and in the Cremore Clinic since December 2020.
Breda has a continuing interest in cardiology & heart health, disease prevention, and promotion. Her aim is always to treat each patient with dignity and respect, and to ensure their experience in the clinic is a positive one.
Outside of work, she enjoys keeping active; running, walking, pilates. She also enjoy reading and travelling. Although she lives locally, and is married to a Dub, she is very proud of her Leitrim roots.

Vijay Anand Gopal
Physiotherapist, Phlebotomist
Vijay is a chartered physiotherapist with over nineteen years of experience working with a wide range of conditions, while specialising in orthopaedics, dry needling, and musculoskeletal problems. He has been a successful physiotherapist, helping patients to rehabilitate and optimise their bodies' health. He treats spinal and joint problems, trauma and sports injuries, and has extensive experience in treating sporting injuries.
Vijay came to Ireland in 2006, and joined the Cremore team in August 2012. He is also a qualified phlebotomist, and on busy days, he provides an extra service in the clinic, taking bloods.
He is an active playing member of Clontarf Cricket Club, and is extremely passionate about cricket. He plays for the Leinster Senior Cricket Team, and All-Ireland Leagues.
